Fiona Clark
MIMG
Class of 2027
Fiona is an MIMG major and Biomedical Research minor at UCLA whose interest in research began in ophthalmology, studying age-related macular degeneration. That experience introduced her to gene therapy and led her to the Kohn Lab, where she now works on base editing strategies for X-linked agammaglobulinemia and is exploring in vivo delivery methods for gene editors. Outside of the lab, Fiona enjoys horseback riding, skiing, hiking, concerts, and discovering new music.
